We are committed to improving the way we receive information and requests from our clients. As a result you are now able to access the following online services:

  • Telecare Clients can request their residents check call calls by completing and submit the weekly request form.
  • Out of Hours Clients can raise a complaint or request an investigation by submitting the complaints pro-forma.
