Astraline goes Platinum!

Astraline were subjected to their annual audit for TSA compliance and once again, thanks to the work of the whole team we have achieved the standard without any concerns.

 Recently, the TSA relaxed the call handling standard as many organisations have struggled to reach the stringent standards. However, for those organisations that were achieving the higher level of 98.5% of calls being answered in 60 seconds, they introduced a Platinumlevel award.   I am pleased to announce that Astraline have not only achieved this higher standard, but that we are also now recognised as compliant to the European Telecare Standard.   The auditor, who is the former Head of Service for the alarm service at Hanover Scotland, was very complimentary about the operators she met and about our centre in general.   Many thanks to all the team who have helped retain the accreditation and for taking it to a higher level!
