St Vincent’s has been using Astraline for approximately the last 3 years. Astraline offers our lone workers the peace of mind and security that when out and about someone knows where they are and that an alarm will be raised very quickly if they miss their log off time. Some staff can be away from the office for a few days and it is essential there is a system in place to ensure their safety and individuals need confidence in their back up system to carry out an often challenging frontline role.
Staff at Astraline are always professional and responsive, when we have received an activation, staff work with us to re-establish contact with our lone workers. In addition we wanted a system that was user friendly and easy to monitor, as well as quick and straight forward for adding and removing users as we are a constantly changing organisation.
