Joe McLoughlin We are delighted that Joe McLoughlin has today been named on the Inside Housing Tech Leader List 2018.

The work of Joe and the Astraline team has been noted as making 'great strides in digital transformation for customers'. In particular our joint project with GSPK Design and the Centre for Assistive Technology at the University of Sheffield to develop a prototype sensor to assess walking speed - a primary indicator of frailty.

Astraline launches Radar Bands to help vulnerable people who may be at risk of getting lost

Radar Bands - a simple product for vulnerable people with dementia or learning difficulties who might get lost Astraline is today launching a new product specifically designed for those with dementia, learning difficulties, or people who for other reasons may be at risk of getting lost.

For a cost of just £1 a week customers will receive a personalised radar band along with a year’s monitoring service from Astraline and information about the Herbert Protocol – a nationally recognised scheme supported by the police to help find vulnerable people who might go missing.
