If a resident’s next of kin or carer is away, or they live alone and would like some additional support, we can place an automated call to the resident to check on their wellbeing. Astraline have a dedicated mobile response team who can respond in person to emergency calls from residents within certain areas. They are advanced first aid trained and carry lifting equipment to help your customers up safely. They can even provide advice and signpost them to other services as needed. This is a 24/7 service with a target response time of 45 minutes.Find out more
With the purchase of a pill dispenser, we can contact a resident should they not take their medicine. The device connects to their alarm and will trigger a call should the medication not be taken, providing peace of mind for their loved ones.
