Becoming a customer of Astraline gives you access to our 24 hour monitoring centre, who are there to respond when an alarm sounds. We also offer additional services which can give customers and their loved ones extra peace of mind


24/7 Emergency Responder Service

If you they fallen or require some assistance, our mobile responders can attend to them in person within 45 minutes. They are advanced first aid trained and carry lifting equipment to help your customers up safely. They can even provide advice and signpost them to other services as needed. *not available in all areas


Welfare calls

If someone is away, unable to contact their loved one and would like the peace of mind that someone is checking in on their wellbeing on a daily basis, we can arrange regular calls from our monitoring centre to cover any time they are away.


Additional devices

Besides your standard digital device, we can supply a wide range of additional products which can give both your customer and their loved ones peace of mind, such as fall detectors, pill dispensers and movement sensors.
