How does our pricing work?

Our pricing is simple. One set up fee that we will take at the end of this order process. This set up fee includes postage, packing and getting set up on our systems. On some products and services, you will then pay a monthly fee which is for the rental of the product and the 24/7 monitoring. It’s that simple!

All of our prices exclude VAT. Depending on your situation, if the person using the product or service is disabled or has a long-term illness, you will not have to pay VAT on your purchase. You will be asked to confirm eligibility for VAT exemption before completing your order.

Simple set up

Simple to set up, the Home Classic is mains operated. Use the easy press buttons to contact Astraline if you need our help. We’ll talk to you through the two-way speaker on the home station.

Your pendant has a button that connects to the Home Classic so that no matter where you are in your home, you can still call for help if it is needed, without needing to walk to your home station.

Provides early indications of loss of communication to Alarm Receiving Centre

The Home Classic will let our Alarm Receiving Centre know if there is any loss of communication, allowing us to ensure that can keep connected

Up to 7 days battery backup in standby mode

Should you have a power cut, the built-in battery can provide up to 7 days of power in standby mode

    Astraline will arrange collection of the equipment or provide a pre-paid package for the equipment to be returned in.

    Contact Astraline and we will arrange for device to be repaired or replaced.

    Your devices will either be delivered by one of our TEC Officers or shipped by Royal Mail.

    All prices are inclusive of delivery

    Payment can be made by debit or credit card. For our ongoing monitoring service, you can set up a monthly direct debit from your bank account.

    Have you considered our Home Response Service?

    £18.20 ex. VAT

    With our 24/7 Responder Service, our mobile responders can respond in person to emergency calls in certain areas. They are advanced first aid trained and have lifting equipment available to provide emergency assistance when needed.

    For users with 24/7 Telecare monitoring with 24/7 responder service a key safe is required in order for the responder to gain access to the property in an emergency. If there is no key safe at the users property you can add one to your order here or purchase separately.
