How it works

Offering extra peace of mind when a next of kin or carer is away or unavailable, we can place a daily automated call to resident to check on their wellbeing. If there is no response, the automated call is transferred to a member of our team. They will try to make contact with the resident, and will take the appropriate action if they are unable to.
