Complaints Procedure

Astraline is governed by the TSA (the industry and advisory body for technology enabled care (TEC) in the UK) guidelines on responding to and dealing with any complaints made about the services we provide.

All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 5 working days and for more complex complaints Astraline aims to resolve within 20 working days.

Any complaints not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer will be referred to the Operations Director. All complaints are collated and monitored for review each month to help identify trends and opportunities to introduce service improvements. All calls are recorded and kept for a minimum of 3 years.
