A modern digital device, the Astraline Personal Alarm base unit can connect to a variety of different alarms which enable you to get support when you need it most. By using the SmartCare Response app, friends and family can receive emergency notifications direct to their smartphone.
The Chiptech GO can be worn around the neck, on a belt, chain or in a pocket.
With a hands-free speaker phone to talk to Astraline and GPS location technology, this device ensures you are safe wherever you are. The Chiptech GO also has the option to add a fall detector sensor, to give you extra reassurance. It is also water resistant – so can be worn in all weathers!
Payment can be made by debit or credit card. For our ongoing monitoring service, you can set up a monthly direct debit from your bank account.
If the service user is VAT exempt, you will not pay VAT.
Yes – we use industry standard encryption to secure any transactions. Any regular monthly payments are covered by The Direct Debit Guarantee. This guarantee is offered by all bank and building societies.
Yes – 99% of our service users suffer from a long-term chronic illness and are therefore VAT exempt. All you need to do is complete the form which will be presented to you during the order process.
