Offering extra peace of mind when a next of kin or carer is away or unavailable, we can place a daily automated call to resident to check on their wellbeing. If there is no response, the automated call is transferred to a member of our team. They will try to make contact with the resident, and will take the appropriate action if they are unable to.
Welfare calls must be purchased in advance in blocks of 7 days where you can specify a morning or evening call. You can add multiples of 7 days to cover the period of time you are away, managing all your requests through the account page on our website.
Payment can be made by debit or credit card. For our ongoing monitoring service, you can set up a monthly direct debit from your bank account.
On receipt of the order we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day.
