Alan Burgess – Finance Director

I joined Astraline in July 2021. I have worked in finance for over 30 years and have accumulated a huge amount of financial experience, having worked in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, logistics and student accommodation. I have been employed in various capacities but most recently financial controller and finance director. I have been married to my wife Ann for 23 years and I have twin daughters both approaching their 21st birthday. My role within Astraline is to help grow the business in a commercial environment whilst ensuring appropriate controls are in place and are adhered to. This must be achieved whilst staying true to Johnnie Johnson Housing's values.
