Jack Battersby - Commercial and Innovation Lead

Jack specialises in the integration of new Technology Enabled Care (TEC) with Astraline’s digital UMO platform, working with Astraline partners and technology suppliers to ensure monitored TEC connects safely and effectively. He provides technical support to the alarm receiving centre and played a key role in Astraline’s migration to SIP telephony and a cloud-based call handling platform.

Part of Astraline’s Innovation Team, Jack also leads on commercial bid writing for new partnership opportunities and coordinates Astraline’s funded academic research projects. He is currently collaborating with researchers at the University of Sheffield, Liverpool John Moores University and the EMERGENCE research network.
