How it works when you need us.

When the button on your pendant is pressed, the outer rim will flash red to let you know your call for help is being sent.

Base Unit Activated. You will hear a loud alarm sound from the base unit where the Help button will illuminate red.

Voice Message “Your alert has been sent…” Voice messages will play to let you know the status of your request for help as it progresses.

You will be automatically connect to our 24-hour emergency response centre and be able to speak directly with our operator via your alarm.

How it works

A modern, digital product, the outer rim of the Pearl will flash red to let the user know that the call for help has been activated by the Astraline Personal Alarm base unit, and will be sent through to Astraline to respond.

The Astraline Personal Alarm uses dual roaming ‘Machine to Machine’ (M2M) SIM cards to provide data and voice communication, with the added benefit of a managed platform for support should communication issues arise.

Pendant 'Pearl' trigger with a range of 300 metres

The pendant can communicate with the base station up to a distance of 300m, so even if you are outside of the house at the end of your garden, you can still request help with your pendant
